This webinar is open to all PhD candidates interested in upgrading their academic speaking and writing skills.

It aims to help participants to learn how to write an abstract and a research paper and to present their current PhD project.

Programme

Activities include:

• Basic methodology: process writing, passive vs active voice, the end-focus technique
• Discussing the do’s and dont’s of writing an abstract and a research paper
• Streamlining the paper writing process
• Preparing a 3/5/10 Minute Thesis (MT) presentation
