This three-day webinar is open to all non-native PhD candidates interested in upgrading their academic speaking and writing skills.<\/p>\n

It aims to help participants to learn how to write an abstract and a research paper and to present their current PhD project.<\/p>\n

Activities include learning core writing methodologies such as process writing, the use of passive versus active voice, and the end-focus technique, discussing the key do\u2019s and don\u2019ts of writing an abstract and a research paper, editing and streamlining a research paper, and preparing a 3-, 5-, and 10-minute thesis presentation.<\/p>\n
