Nous les respirons, les absorbons, les ing\u00e9rons, ces \u00ab\u00a0nouveaux poisons\u00a0\u00bb, certains persistants et invisibles pour la plupart. Quels sont-ils\u00a0? Principalement des compos\u00e9s produits par l\u2019\u00eatre humain, plus ou moins volontairement, et qui, insidieusement, peuvent s\u2019accumuler dans notre organisme et notre environnement.<\/p>\n
Nous avons aujourd\u2019hui conscience de la pollution de notre air, de notre eau, de nos aliments. L\u2019absence d\u2019effets aigus de ces substances peut sans doute permettre de nous voiler la face sur leurs effets chroniques et \u00e0 long terme. L\u2019enjeu sanitaire est gravement \u00e9vident, ainsi que celui des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes avec l\u2019impact direct des \u00ab\u00a0nouveaux poisons\u00a0\u00bb sur la biodiversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
Dans les m\u00e9dias, les alertes sont incessantes, les scandales r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9s, mais les oppositions entre les scientifiques et les enjeux \u00e9conomiques et politiques ne font qu\u2019entretenir des incertitudes paradoxales. En toute libert\u00e9, avec un esprit ouvert, une r\u00e9flexion philosophique autant que scientifique, le chercheur Xavier Coumoul enrichit justement notre connaissance et \u00e9veille notre questionnement essentiel sur ces poisons envahissants.<\/p>\n
