The Île-de-France Region supports scientific employment in line with the needs of companies by co-funding doctoral grants. Projects involving a DIM or QIM and involving a laboratory and a socio-economic partner are eligible.

The expected research projects will target the challenges of digital business development (IoT, artificial intelligence, blockchain, big data, robotics…) and will focus on research topics related to economic and societal challenges targeted by the Region within the framework of IMDs and IQs.

This scheme is intended for young scientists wishing to complete their doctorate shared between a higher research institution and a structure of the socio-economic world established in Île-de-France.

The Regional co-funding of this doctoral contract is up to 105.000€ per doctoral student to remunerate his research activity. Applicants for this allowance must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a master’s degree or equivalent, not hold a doctorate,
  • Enroll in a doctoral school in Paris, in the 1st year of doctoral studies at the academic year 2023-2024,
  • Commit to starting doctoral research by January 2024.
  • Applications must be submitted by the laboratory supervisor on this platform
