To promote the search for new technical solutions for space literacy, the DefInSpace agency (https://www.definspace.fr/) organizes an annual student tournament, inviting teams to work in 24 hours on a project likely to solve space problems. Students exchange for this purpose with aerospace experts, both academic (CNES, CNRS, …) and industrial (AIRBUS, …) who help them assess the relevance of their technical proposals.
EIDD student Lisa Kritova participated in the 2023 Space Command Hackathon organized by DefInSpace in a joint EIDD-ESTACA team. His team distinguished itself by a very original satellite innovation project and took third place. Asked about the progress of the event, Lisa acknowledges being very satisfied with her participation. She broadened her scientific knowledge, met experts in the field and said the project led by her team could lead to a real implementation. Congratulations to Lisa Kritova!
