Modules in Sports

You can take sports modules with the Service des Sports of the Grands Moulins Campus.

Students can register for sports classes as for-credits modules. If that is what you want, select « UE libre » on the Service des Sports’ webpage: https://u-paris.fr/sport/ You will find the timetables by clicking on « Horaires et lieux de pratique », under each item. Each sport module is worth 3 ECTS.

IMPORTANT: students are allowed to register only for ONE for-credits sports module per year.

Exchange students can also choose to take sport classes as free practice, without ECTS. To find out more, please select « Pratique libre » on the Service des Sports’ webpage: https://u-paris.fr/sport/. You will find the timetables by clicking on « Horaires et lieux de pratique », under each item. Students can registered for two sports modules as free practice.

In order to register for any sports module, you will need to BOOK AN APPOINTMENT on the Service des Sports’ registration page. The service usually opens in early September.

If you aren’t able to register for sports’ modules before you register for your other courses, please don’t worry – the Service des Sports has a rich timetable with many options, and students often manage to fit in sports modules within their existing timetable. You might just have to be a little flexible regarding what sports you do.
