Emmanuel Bonnet est géographe de la santé et chercheur à l'IRD. Ses travaux portent sur les questions de vulnérabilité des populations aux risques sanitaires. Il mobilise, pour ses travaux, les systèmes d’information géographiques et l’analyse spatiale afin d'identifier les déterminants géographiques de la santé des sujets qu’il étudie. Actuellement basé au Burkina Faso, il travaille dans l’ensemble des pays d’Afrique de l’Ouest francophone.

Emmanuel Bonnet is a health geographer and researcher at IRD. His work focuses on issues of vulnerability of populations to health risks. For his work, he mobilizes geographic information systems and spatial analysis to identify the geographic determinants of health of the subjects he studies. Currently based in Burkina Faso, he works in all French-speaking West African countries.
