Linguistics
The UFR Linguistique is the place where we study language in all its aspects: theoretical, empirical or epistemological. Attached to an interdisciplinary culture and open to the international culture, the UFR Linguistique inherits a tradition of research and teaching built by pioneers in the field in France. The UFR is home to a large number of CNRS researchers and research plays an important role.
Education
Linguistics strives to identify the common properties of languages by studying their formal properties, their history, their diversity, their learning and their pathologies. The UFR de Linguistique (UFRL) offers a Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral degree in language sciences (SDL)
