Once their career project is clarified, PhD candidates need to learn how to effectively promote their profile to recruiters. This requires mastering recruitment norms, creating impactful applications tailored to employer expectations, and presenting themselves confidently in interviews. This training provides participants with the tools to turn their research experience into a compelling argument, addressing both form (CV, cover letter, professional presence) and substance (personal pitch, alignment of skills and position). The goal is to maximize their chances of success in the application process, whether in academic or non-academic sectors.

The main objectives of this training are to enable participants to:

  • Understand the recruitment process and recruiters’ expectations
  • Create effective application tools
  • Develop communication skills and the ability to showcase themselves
