Publication of L’identité. Dictionnaire encyclopédique

Coordinated by the Labex Who Am I? and edited by the philosopher Jean Gayon, L’identité. Dictionnaire encyclopédique was published on October 8, 2020, by Gallimard. More than 120 contributors worked on this unique project. Researchers explain the origin and the challenges of the identity, with, in their sights, the defense of interdisciplinarity.

At a time when identity claims are legion, L’identité. Dictionnaire encyclopédique proposes to go upstream of a tendency which uses a philosophical concept in order to mobilize it on the sole ideological and political ground.
