STAND-UP
Presentation
The STAND-UP project has secured €20 million in funding until June 2029, in response to the call for projects entitled ‘Integration and Development of IdEx and ISITE (IDéES)’ as part of the France 2030 programme.
It was designed as an instrument of structural transformation, enabling the transition from a coexistence of cultures inherited from the merger to an integrated and efficient model, consolidating the achievements of the Initiative d’Excellence (IdEx). Its deployment has helped to establish a dynamic of shared governance, harmonisation of practices and professionalisation of support functions.
The project is structured around three actions:
Action 1 | Internationalize campuses:
- Develop a strategy for international acculturation within university campuses ;
- Improve the welcome given to international students and researchers ;
- Gain institutional recognition, in particular by obtaining the ‘Bienvenue en France’ label.
Action 2 | Strengthen faculties and cross-disciplinary projects:
- Increase research funding by intensifying and diversifying participation in competitive calls for projects ;
- Professionalise the design and management of structuring projects, in particular by developing key skills ;
- Promote a culture of interdisciplinarity through targeted support mechanisms ;
- Increase the visibility and societal impact of the university.
Action 3 | Set up and operate a research information system (SI-Recherche):
- Deploy a centralised information system dedicated to research, interoperable with other information systems, particularly financial and human resources systems ;
- Promote data sharing between research units, faculties and central services ;
- Improve knowledge of the university’s scientific activity and strengthen strategic management capabilities.
Governance
