Innovation Mission Officers (IMOs) mobilise an expert network for collaborative due diligence. Training programmes and the IP community give you the tools to protect and valorise your work.
Our teams support you across 6 key areas
- Awareness and training: spreading a culture of valorisation and intellectual property ;
- Innovation detection and protection: potential analysis, invention disclosures, protection strategy (patents, software, know-how) ;
- Research partnership development and management: collaborations, LabCom, CIFRE theses, private-law doctorates, service contracts, NDA, MTA, DTA ;
- Maturation and funding: TRL 3–4 support, responding to calls for projects (including AMI Prématuration STRATEX), coordination with transfer actors ;
- Prospecting: needs qualification, identification of competencies and synergies ;
- R&D partnership management: collecting company needs, showcasing expertise, thematic events and matchmaking.

Entrepreneurs and project holders
Do you want to create a research-based start-up? The Paris Biotech Santé incubator and the Biotech Accelerator (INSERM Transfert) structure your journey from idea to funding. Innovation Mission Officers (IMOs) mobilise their scientific, entrepreneurial, professional and regulatory expertise to de-risk your project and increase your chances of public funding (local, national and European) from the earliest TRLs. ValoCité also offers an innovators’ circle to connect with peers.
