You loved it last year, it’s back! The RésoQuartier association’s Foodtruck will be present once a month in the courtyard of the Grands Moulins Campus to distribute 100 free meals to UPCité students. This operation, financed by the Student Life Department of the Université Paris Cité thanks to the CVEC, puts three key issues into practice: solidarity and mutual aid between neighbors, a response to food insecurity among students, and participation in the fight against wasteful consumption. Find out when the next distributions will take place, and get ready: first come, first served! On presentation of student card.

What is RésoQuartier?
Founded in 2011, RésoQuartier is an association of residents committed to fighting economic and social injustice and promoting ecological transition. It responds through mutual aid, conviviality and solidarity. As a neighbor of the Grands Moulins Campus, the association also responds to this commitment to proximity and neighborhood solidarity.
With their foodtruck, a well-decorated, quality catering truck, they help families, students and homeless people to overcome food insecurity, with varied and balanced menus.
Meals are prepared on a voluntary basis by local residents in the association’s kitchen workshops, using foodstuffs collected from unsold foodstuffs.
Offering a free food distribution service to around a hundred students every month is fully in line with the Student Life Department’s social aid mission.
