Recently graduated, David Larose obtained his master’s degree in 2020 from Université Paris Cité’s Sports Science Department (STAPS). His career is as impressive as it is exemplary, demonstrated by his top-level performances as a world champion.
From the world judo championships to the 2012 London Olympics, David talks to us in this new episode of “Parlons Demain”.
David Larose is a French judo champion with an extraordinary international career and track record: world junior champion in 2004, world team champion in 2011, European team champion in 2015, number 1 in the world in 2013, double European medallist (2013 & 2014), double winner of the Paris Grand Slam (2012 & 2013), and selected for the London Olympic Games in 2012.
In 2020, David received his master’s degree from Université Paris Cité’s Sports Science Department (STAPS, Entraînement et Optimisation de la Performance Sportive – EOPS) with a major in Sport et Expertise de la Performance de Haut Niveau (SEPHN). Today, he returns to the university as a mentor to the top-level women and men’s athletes. Together with Edouard Kaminski, President of Université Paris Cité, he also inaugurated the exhibition Athletes in Action.
