Administrative procedures
Exemption from or reimbursement of registration fees, residence permits, and more: the Student Hub directs you to the relevant services and supports you with your procedures.
Support and social assistance
CROUS grants, emergency aid, accommodation and financial difficulties: you are guided towards the arrangements best suited to your situation.
Health and wellbeing
Access to care, psychological support, prevention and support schemes: the Student Hub helps you find the resources you need.
Campus life
Student associations, events, sport, culture and engagement: the Student Hub helps you discover the initiatives that bring campus life to life and support your integration.

You can submit your request via the university’s HELP platform for students. It will then be forwarded to and handled by the relevant department.

Is it open to all students?
Yes, unconditionally. All Université Paris Cité students can use it, whatever their place of study.
What kinds of situations can students come in for?
For any question related to university life: grants, accommodation, enrolment, student life, or a difficult personal situation. Student advisers are there to listen and guide you, even if you do not yet know which department to contact.
Do I need to book an appointment?
No. The service is open on a walk-in basis during opening hours. If needed, you will be directed to the right contact.
How can I check opening times on my site or campus?
Opening times can be viewed on the MyUPCité app, which is updated according to the availability of the student advisers. The main sites are open five days a week.
