Administrative registration 2024-2025

If your application for one of the programs of the linguistics department  is accepted, you must register online via the administrative registration page (in French).

This is an annual process, and must be completed before the start of classes (Sept. 16, 2024). It also enables you to obtain your student card and school certificates.

• if you fall into one of the following categories, you can register directly:
  • students entering a L3 or a M2 via eCandidat (but not monmaster)
  • students entering a M2 after a M1 of the same program (“parcours”)
• otherwise, you’ll have to wait until you receive a “laissez-passer” by e-mail. This applies to:
  • repeat students
  • students admitted via “Etudes en France”
  • all students entering the M1 year (regardless of recruitment mode: monmaster, Etudes en France, etc.).

NB: in all cases, the first step is payment of the Contribution de Vie Étudiante et de Campus (CVEC), which amounts to 100 euros for 24-25. This contribution is intended to provide students with social, health, cultural and sports services, and to support preventive and health education initiatives.

As part of the implementation of Université Paris Cité digital services, all staff and students must activate their new Université Paris Cité account.

Mon dossier Web is an application that allows students to have digital and secure access to their administrative files and academic records.

• NB: as last year, non-EU students will pay the same amount as EU students for the year 2024-2025.
