Administrative registration 2023-2024

If your application for one of the programs of the linguistics department  is accepted, you must register online via the administrative registration page (in French).

This is an annual process, and must be completed before the start of classes (09/11/2023). It also enables you to obtain your student card and school certificates.

• if you fall into one of the following categories, you can register directly:
  • students entering a L3 or a M2 via eCandidat (but not monmaster)
  • students entering a M2 after a M1 of the same program (“parcours”)
• otherwise, you’ll have to wait until you receive a “laissez-passer” by e-mail. This applies to:
  • repeat students
  • students admitted via “Etudes en France”
  • all M1 entrants (regardless of recruitment mode: monmaster, Etudes en France, etc.).
    • IMPORTANT: at the UFR de linguistique, the laissez-passer will only be sent out after the summer shutdown, when the university reopens, i.e. from August 24 at the earliest.

NB: in all cases, the first step is payment of the Contribution de Vie Étudiante et de Campus (CVEC), which amounts to 100 euros for 23-24. This contribution is intended to provide students with social, health, cultural and sports services, and to support preventive and health education initiatives.
