A Circle U. event for the International Earth Mother day
Climate change is one of the key themes of Circle U., our European alliance. As such, it develops courses on this topic as well as awareness-raising events throughout the year. For the International Mother Earth Day, Université Paris Cité organises several activities, including a guided tour followed by a workshop on identifying edible and poisonous plants, as well as a tasting of dishes made from certain species.
