The Campus Life Department offers cooking Masterclasses for students with social security grants, to help them learn how to cook with seasonal, quality produce, while maintaining a balanced diet and a limited budget. These workshops, led by Chef Haton, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and trainer at the Ferrandi Paris school, and a nutritionist, aim to pass on good eating habits and help tackle the growing food insecurity among students.
At the end of each Masterclass, you’ll go home with your own basket of seasonal fruit and vegetables, and the technical sheets for the recipes produced.
You’ll also be able to take part in an active break and learn how to combat a sedentary lifestyle through physical exercise!
