The Graduate Schools of Earth Planets Universe and Biomedical Engineering, in collaboration with the Paris Centre for Cosmological Physics, are hosting a workshop for doctoral students at Université Paris Cité on Monday, January 29th.
Ever felt more creative and motivated after talking to a colleague? Conversely, ever felt down after chatting with someone else? That’s normal—we’re all different. Understanding positive dynamics at work can improve our interactions.
At work, we all share expectations and motivations. It’s a chance to use our skills and meet goals. Small daily gestures can protect us from chronic stress, preventing issues like anxiety and burn-out.
Topics include work-life balance, stress management, diverse interaction styles, and diversity and inclusion. Adopting these perspectives helps create a healthier work environment for everyone.
