Be Our Guest! International students, Université Paris Cité is here to support you from the moment you arrive. To help you prepare for your stay in Paris, join one of our welcome webinars — free and open to all international students enrolled for the 2025/2026 academic year.

As part of its welcome policy and commitment to internationalization, Université Paris Cité is offering a series of welcome webinars for international students enrolled for the 2025/2026 academic year. The goal: to support them with their initial steps and help ease their transition to life in Paris.

Join one of our free welcome webinars, specially designed to help you get your stay off to a great start.

Choose from 4 sessions:

  • July 3 – in English

  • July 8 – in French

  • July 10 – in English

  • July 15 – in French

Objectives:

  • Provide information on administrative procedures (Long-Stay Visa, residence permit)

  • Help you find student housing

  • Guide you on opening a bank account, finding food options, and managing your budget

  • Offer practical tips for adapting to life in Paris

These webinars are open to all first-time international students and are hosted by the university’s campus life team. It’s a helpful and reassuring first step to prepare for your start under the best possible conditions.
