Physical activity serves as a vital tool for preventive healthcare and holistic personal growth. Promoting this engagement aligns with the overarching goal of fostering general well-being (healthy humans in healthy societies on a healthy planet), a core focus of Université Paris Cité in the forthcoming years. This year, coinciding with the Olympic Games in Paris, the Graduate School of Society & Health is hosting its second Applithon focused on the theme of “Health and Sport” for its students.
Targeting Master 1 students within the Graduate School Society & Health, our second Applithon endeavors to champion a multidisciplinary approach in crafting a mobile application tailored to advocate for or bolster sporting activities, thus bolstering overall health.
How can we stimulate physical activity? Which demographic should we prioritise? How might a mobile application facilitate the development of an inventive solution?
Your task entails devising a mobile application project, post a day of collaborative workshops, geared towards encouraging or supporting sporting endeavors among a designated audience. Guided by your instructors, you’ll refine an innovative and viable solution. By day’s end, all projects will be showcased, with prises awarded to the standout team and all participants.
