Université Paris Cité and King’s College London are launching a call for joint research projects to promote and strengthen collaborations between King’s College London and Université Paris Cité’ researchers.

King’s College London and the University of Paris signed a strategic partnership agreement on July 8 in the presence of the French Embassy in the United Kingdom and representatives of the two universities.

The present call invites research proposals in all fields of knowledge. We are keen to support projects in Arts and Humanities, Social Sciences and STEM subjects, including research collaborations that focus on culture and policy in the cities of Paris and London.

PIs have to be members of an IdEx partner, i.e.:
        – Faculty Members (Professor, Associate Professor, Lecturer) of Université Paris Cité;
        – Staff Members of CNRS, INSERM, IRD, INRIA, INED, working full time in a research unit (UMR) at Université Paris Cité;
        – Faculty Members (Professor, Associate Professor, Lecturer) of Sciences Po, U. Paris 13, or INALCO; in this case, a co-PI at Université Paris Cité has to be designated.

Inter-disciplinary proposals are particularly welcomed.

The selected research projects will contribute to science development, knowledge exchange and education innovation in the true spirit of a collaborative projects, whose collaborative efforts will be committed to supporting the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
