- Winter School in Religion and Theology – Embodiment and Positionality in Oslo from December 16th to 20th 2024: this programme invites doctoral students to think critically about issues of embodiment, positionality and reflexivity.

You have until 25 October to apply! - Cross Incubation Week in Vienna from February 17th to 21st 2025: an intensive week for students with an entrepreneurial project to develop, whatever their study programme (bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate). The selected candidates will meet in Vienna and benefit from advanced training to help them with their project.

Online conferences and webinars
- Circle U. Climate Happy Hour – 5 November from 10am to 12.30pm: Circle U. invites its entire community to come and discuss the challenges of climate change and the solutions that will enable the islands to respond to them. PhD students are also encouraged to contribute to the event by giving a short presentation of their research on the subject.
Register for Circle U. Climate Happy Hour before 25 October! - Pesticides, Health and the fight for Freedom of Speech on November 10th from 2pm to 3.15pm: come and discuss the effects of pesticide use on human health. Professor Bombardi, a Brazilian geographer and whistleblower, will be sharing her research as part of Circle U’s series of open conversations.
Register now for this Circle U open conversation. - Honours Certificate in Education for Sustainable Health – from January to November 2025: This Honours Certificate is an interdisciplinary supplement that you can follow online and acquire simultaneously with your main study programme.

- A conference on the Yugoslav Wars led by Nemanja Džuverović, Chair of Democracy at the University of Belgrade.
The lecture will take place in the room 676 C on the Grands Moulins campus, on the 8th of October. - The UPCité Circle U. team is taking part in Erasmus Days from 14 to 17 October! Join the Circle U. team
The Circle U. team at UPCité is recruiting two student ambassadors (12 hours a month) to help organise its events and promote the alliance. Are you interested? Visit the intranet to find out more about the Circle U. student ambassador contract. You have until 6 October to apply.
Circle U. is also offering you a three-month internship with the Alliance’s Communications Office in Brussels. The internship will not be remunerated, but you may be able to obtain a mobility grant from Université Paris Cité.
